It’s the recipe change which has shocked chocolate lovers across the world.

Cadbury has announced a slight recipe change for its ever-popular 39 gram Crème Egg, and for many chocolate connoisseurs, they are viewing the decision in an egg-regious manner.

The alteration: it’s still a Cadbury milk chocolate, but it is not the Cadbury dairy milk chocolate which has been used for so many years.

There have been dozens of complaints in the UK over the chocolate’s new recipe, and with a new roll-out of the larger Crème Eggs in Australia underway, there might be plenty of unsatisfied tastebuds to come.
