    The average State based changes are:

    ACT rose by 8.23% from $75,670 in Feb 2009 to $81,900 in Feb 2010

    NSW rose by 6.49% from $68,832 in Feb 2009 to $73,299 in Feb 2010

    NT rose by 4.70% from $68,292 in Feb 2009 to $71,500 in Feb 2010

    QLD rose by 6.39% from $67,777 in Feb 2009 to $72,108 in Feb 2010

    SA rose by 4.00% from $62,598 in Feb 2009 to $65,099 in Feb 2010

    TAS rose by 5.82% from $56,092 in Feb 2009 to $59,358 in Feb 2010

    VIC rose by 6.85% from $66,212 in Feb 2009 to $70,746 in Feb 2010

    WA rose by 3.94% from $78,172 in Feb 2009 to $81,250 in Feb 2010
