Australian / UK Food Equivalents ![Our Mate / Marmite at ALDI store]() Marmite: The Australian actual equivalent, available in Supermarkets, is called "Our Mate", made in UK, but named differently due to an Australian product also called Marmite, but not tasting the same.
- Bisto: Bisto Gravy granules were marketed as product called "Sooo! Gravy", made by Bisto in the UK. However, they no longer bring them into Australia.

Australian / UK Food Same Name but different - Weetabix / Weetbix, although both are breakfast cereals, these are NOT the same products. They look similar, sort of, but taste quite different. I prefer the UK type myself, which are sometimes available in Australian supermarkets, under the "International Food section", at about 4 times the price of the local variety.
