- National Australia Bank increased it's Standard Variable Mortgage
rate from 9.46% to 9.61%, to be effective from July 15 2008.
- The Official bank rate is currently 7.25%

rate from 9.44% to 9.58%, to be effective from July 14th.
- ANZ Bank increased it's Standard Variable Mortgage rate
from 9.47% to 9.62%, to be effective from July 14th.
