I pay $19.95 per month to a VOIP telephone system provider, and for that I get FREE calls anywhere in Australia, free calls to the UK, America and another 10 countries.
It also gives me a 2nd physical telephone line, so we have one line, with Telstra, for incoming calls, and the 2nd line for all outgoing calls. ABCDiamond Posting on various Expat forums since Dec 2003.
