British Jelly is one thing that I was thinking about today, not the crystals that we use here, but the old jelly blocks. I might get someone to send me some
We have the British Curry locally so that one is covered.
If ever you are up Brisbane way, look up the Spice Avenue at Brisbane Bayside.
Have you tried the The Balti Indian Cafe Restaurant, 126 Lygon Street, Carlton, VIC
I know where you're coming from with the jelly blocks. I've tried a few in Melbourne but not in Lygon St.I gave up a while ago because of disappointment but maybe I will have to reignite my search. I'm currently awaiting some curry kits from the following site www.a1currykit.co.uk as they promise that authentic restaurant taste.Big claim, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the tip.
