We are moving back to Europe mid-May and are currently living in a rental home in the Inner West of Sydney. Rather than selling all of our possessions we are looking to transfer the lease to anyone who's looking to land in Sydney 'on their feet'.

The suburb is Five Dock/Rodd Point - 10mins from the city with good transport links and a great family place to live with lots of parks, water and eateries.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms and a sun room/lounge.

All the furniture is Ikea-type stuff and would be fine for anyone who prefers to make a home quickly rather than waiting for freight to arrive/pay through the nose for fully furnished accommodation.

You would simply take on the lease and also purchase the furniture.

If you would like to know more/are interested, please PM me.

              Thank-you!
