Hi we have furnished properties in Perth, and are keen to advertise affordable properties and especially pet friendly properties to families emigrating over here.

We are ex-poms ourselves and know how hard it can be to secure a furnished rental for your arrival, especially if you have pets.

We acknowledge that owners will want to charge more than unfurnished long term rentals, as short term rentals do not guarantee occupancy, but we do want to be able to guide them as to what the market demands.

So knowing that the exchange rate at the moment is definitely not in your favour can I ask, what is your weekly budget for short term accommodation when you first arrive? I'm looking to get some guidelines.
