I have seen many arguments occur when people discuss specific locations, and I would not want to say too much personally about one specific area, other than that I love my area.

One person who says that xyz area is just perfect and you should move there, may be in a totally different category to you. eg: Retired people, families with young children and the young active nightlife loving couples normally tend to have very different opinions on what area is best for them.
