This is a SIM only plan - you must bring your own handset.
You can call us to activate your SIM card. If you do not call us within 7 days from the date of dispatch of your SIM, we will automatically activate your SIM for you. Charges for your service commence from the date of activation. If you do require a replacement SIM card a $10 fee (including delivery) applies.

A call flagfall of 35c applies to all national, mobile and international voice and video calls. Calls are charged in 1 minute increments.

Mobile service use is subject to our Mobile Fair Go Policy and the underlying Mobile network is Optus.

* Use of these services is separate and does not count towards plan included data. Use of embedded URLs accessed via these sites will count towards plan included data and excess usage charges will apply when included plan value is exceeded. #All ClubTelco mobile customers get access to your Personal Assistant Service! Your calls can be directed to one of our friendly assistants who will answer the phone with your own personalized greeting, take a message for you and then send that message to you via Email or SMS direct to your phone.

Mobile users should be aware that International roaming charges may be higher than charges for international calls from Australia and data usage may be more expensive then usage within Australia. Users may also be charged for both making and receiving calls while overseas. If you are outside of our network coverage, we will not be able to provide you with a mobile service.
