Ian and Lynda arrived here from Scotland in 1982.
2 years later Ian opened up a butcher shop in Coogee making all his own small goods which included Haggis, Black Pudding, White Pudding and other scottish delicacies.
With a wealth of knowledge behind him in his field, acquired from his apprenticeship back in Scotland, Ian still works very hard at looking after all new & old customers.
Being one of the few butchers in Sydney to produce quality Scottish meats we have set up a national delivery service for your convenience.
Items purchased will be delivered direct to you from our base in Maroubra. Deliveries are made within days; in temperature controlled packages to an address of your choice.

I know u do scottish foods, but could you tell me where i could get a rissole called faggots made with offal and served basically with mash peas and thick gravy. also where i could get wiltshire pork sausages. Went to uk march and ate lots of the above really really nice. thank you sheila
